Our Team

Our legal team acts as a collaborative chamber for several highly qualified professionals with diverse industry backgrounds.

Barrister Zareen Rahman is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and a Lincoln’s Inn-trained barrister. She specialises in family law, corporate matters, and constitutional writ petitions, while also serving as a key contact for foreign investment queries.

Barrister Neyamul Chowdhury is a Lincoln’s Inn-trained barrister with extensive experience in financial litigation. Having previously worked at LR Global Bangladesh Asset Management, he expertly leads our firm’s practice in the Artha Rin Adalat (Money Loan Court) and handles complex corporate litigation.

Zarif Kabir focuses on construction and engineering law. He leverages his valuable past experience as in-house counsel for a major engineering firm to assist our clients with infrastructure projects, contract negotiations, and dispute resolution.

A.H.M. Rahat Khan is a Barrister Training Course graduate specialising in constitutional law research, policy analysis, and developing strategies for civil litigation.

Paromananda Basu Sristy is an associate holding a law degree from the University of London. She focuses her practice on company law compliance and regulatory matters within the aviation sector.

Our office is situated at Green City Centre, Level-10 (Suite C) 58, Satmasjid Road, Dhanmondi C/A Dhaka 1209, Bangladesh.

We operate six days a week to serve our clients. We are open Sunday through Thursday from 10 AM to 10 PM, and on Saturdays from 11 AM to 10 PM. The office is closed on Fridays. We also offer virtual consultations via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp for clients unable to visit us in person.
